    Congleton – Somerset Close – 3 Siskins, 1male Siskin and 2 females.

    just back from a walk round the golf course and birds of note were around 30 fieldfare, but well scattered in ones and twos. Back home and lo and behold — a single fieldfare in my garden, the first for a few years.

    Redwings up to 42 today … holly berries quickly disappearing. No sign of Fieldfare yet.

    26 Redwing in the garden today. Not much hope for any holly berries left for Christmas.
