GULLS ~~ YL Gull 3 at EHF on 7th ~ Med. Gull one at EHF on 21st ~ Common Tern a single at EHF on 24th and 2 on 26th
OTHER SIGHTINGS ~~ Return passage waders started to trickle through during the month with three Green Sandpipers at EHF on the 18th followed by two Common Sandpipers on the 30th ~ a Kingfisher was at EHF on the 2nd and 20th ~ Ravens were over Sandbach on the 16th and EHF on the 24th ~ a Grasshopper Warbler was singing at EHF on the 2nd and a Lesser Whitethroat on the 26th ~ a Lesser Spotted Woodpecker was seen briefly at PHF on the 28th and Willow Warbler, Chiff Chaff and Whitethroat were present on the 30th ~ at MGT three Reed Warblers were singing on the 5th and at Doddington a pair of Spotted Flycatchers fledged five young
