COLOUR RINGED BLACK TAILED GODWIT
A colour ringed bird in the Black Tailed Godwit flock at EHF was subsequently found to have been ringed in Iceland on 27/04/03. It was seen in Wexford, Ireland on 16/11/03, 04/01/04 and 22/12/04. On 27/06/05, it was in Northumberland and on the Wash, Lincolnshire on 04/11/05, then finally at EHF on 22/04/06.

BUZZARD
During the heavy rains, a waterlogged bird in a field alongside the Crewe Green link road was rescued by a passing HGV driver, dried off in his cab then taken to Stapeley Grange RSPCA where after some TLC it was released a couple of days later
