At Doddington this morning, nice views of a little owl perched in the dead tree, 30 swifts feeding overhead, female tufted duck with 4 ducklings – at last!, great crested grebe 2 pairs with young, little grebe 2 pairs with young and the last bird as we were going – a kingfisher; not a bad morning.
